Intestinal failure is a challenging problem that affects children of different age group, treatment of this condition if difficult, challenging, long term and requires multidisciplinary team approach. Over the last several years, the need for intestinal transplant has decreased in these patients due to advancement of management of intestinal failure as more patients with intestinal failure achieved full intestinal autonomy.
