SARS-CoV2 Infections and Vaccination in Pregnant and Lactating Women

Anne-Marie Rick, MD, PhD, MPH, assistant professor of pediatrics (Division of General Academic Pediatrics), School of Medicine, will present a Senior Vice Chancellor’s Research Seminar, “SARS-CoV2 Infections and Vaccination in Pregnant and Lactating Women.”

Rick will review the infectious, immunity, growth and neurodevelopmental outcomes of a cohort of infants born to women infected with SARS-CoV2 during pregnancy. She will also present data on the vaccine experience and passive immune benefits of a cohort of lactating women vaccinated for SARS-CoV2.
