Senate Ad Hoc Committee Issues Final Report with 4 Recommendations

On November 29, the Senate Ad Hoc Dependent Care Committee's Chair, Dr. Anna Wang-Erickson, i4Kids Associate Director, presented the comittee's final report with 4 recommendations at the Faculty Assembly Meeting. 

The 4 recommendations from the final report include:

1. Change FN28 expense policy to allow dependent care expenses from all available funding sources, both internal and external.
2. Establish a new dependent care voucher fringe benefit.
3. Establish dependent care professional development grants.
4. Add one full-time employee to HR to administer these new programs.
